Pre-Assessment
Consists of a “practice” audit against the selected standards/requirements. The pre-assessment activity is an opportunity to coach the client on auditing practices and questions to expect during the actual regulatory audit. Clients find this helpful for front-line employees to better understand and achieve a comfort level with the audit process.
- Deliverables – Clients will receive an assessment plan, agenda and completed pre-assessment report describing strengths of the organizational preparation and areas to focus on prior to the actual regulatory audit. This report includes findings and recommendations for use by the organization in preparation for a successful audit.
- Time Required – 2-5 days depending on the organizational audit experience
