Audits will be planned and conducted in accordance with the requirements of quality standards or accreditation programs including related applicable requirements. Planning will determine the scope of the audit including a detailed audit plan in collaboration with the client. RJA Consulting auditors provide improvement ideas to ensure compliance as well as process excellence.
- Deliverables – Clients will receive an audit plan, and a completed internal audit summary report itemizing system strengths and deficiencies found – citing the requirement, description of deficiency, and supporting evidence.
- Time Required – 1-3 days depending on business scope & complexity.
